Privacy policy

Draft. This policy must be written or reviewed by a qualified person before launch.

What we store

• Your account: email address and sign-in details.
• Your profile, CV text, drafts, notes and tracked programs. If you upload a CV file, we read the text out of it and discard the file; only the text you save is kept.
• Your credit balance, purchases and AI usage.

Counting visits

• We count visits to understand which pages are used. We use no cookies for this and keep no IP address, browser details or account id with a visit.
• A visit is stored as the page, the site you came from, your country, your device type (phone, tablet or computer) and a short random id that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you.
• Nothing is counted if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Who else sees it

• Our database host, our payment provider and our AI provider process data for us.
• Your CV and profile are sent to the AI provider only when you ask for an AI feature.
• Card and mobile money details go to the payment provider. They never reach this app.
• Administrators can access the database to run and support the service.

Your choices

• You can export your data and delete your account. Deleting removes your profile, CV, drafts and tracking.
• Payment records the law requires are kept without your profile. Problems you report with the research are kept without your name.
